Over the past time, provincial Youth Unions at all levels widely and deeply implemented a program on helping youths in establishing their position in life, setting themselves up in business with practical effects, contributing to promoting the local socio-economic development.
Upholding achievements done, in 2015, provincial Youth Union continued facilitating youngsters’ economic development via many programs, contributing to promoting the local movements for teenagers and children. The movement of “Helping youths in establishing their position in life, setting themselves up in business” was widely and deeply realized by provincial Youth Unions at all levels, making contributions to the local socio-economic development.

Particularly, provincial Youth Unions at all levels organized job transaction sessions, training courses on skills for Youth Union officials, talk shows on “Job opportunities”, “Career orientation”; introduced jobs at firms to youngsters…They also continued effectively extending the Project 103 on “Giving support for youths in vocational training and job creation” with practical activities such as providing “Youths setting themselves up in business” clubs with financial support, organizing a festive day on high-quality human resources with the participation of nearly 1,000 pupils and students; maintaining the model of “Coffee with employment” at provincial Job Placement Center. As a result, they introduced jobs to more than 3,000 youths, gave vocational consultancy for nearly 16,000 pupils and youths, opened 30 vocational-oriented classes, introduced lodging-rooms with cheap price to approximately 1,000 students…
The Projects on “Supporting poor youths to set themselves up in business”, “Giving vocational training for rural youths” have also become a fulcrum for rural youths. Accordingly, provincial Youth Unions at all levels helped youths get access to loans for learning, economic development…from the Plan 120.
