Activities mark International Women’s Day

Thuan An city’s Women’s Union will organize many significant activities on the occasion of the 110^th anniversary of International Women’s Day (March 8, 1920-March 8, 2020) and the 1980^th anniversary of Trung Sisters ‘Uprising.

Accordingly, the city’s Women’s Unions at all levels will promote dissemination of information about the significance of International Women’s Day and Trung Sisters ‘Uprising; propagandize and make orientations on building women with comprehensive development…

The city’s Women’s Union will also kick off the “Women in Thuan An with business startup” festival  2020, organize many practical activities in response to the event of “Ao Dai - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage”, call for officials, members and women across the province to response  “Ao Dai Week” launched by the Central Committee of Vietnam Women’s Union, thereby arousing the pride and responsibility of women and people in preserving and promoting the cultural heritage of Ao Dai in daily life.
