Activities marking 70th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day to be held

North Tan Uyen district’s People’s Committee has just issued a plan on the organization of activities in celebration of the 70^th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (June 27, 1947-July 27, 2017).

Accordingly, the district will set up a gratitude fund; build and upgrade gratitude houses, monuments for martyrs; offer essential home products to policy beneficiary families; visit and present gifts to the families of war invalids, martyrs and revolutionary contributors; award the “model citizen” and “exemplary policy beneficiary family” titles to role-models; organize a get-together on the occasion of the 70^th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day…
