“Working well, working creatively” emulation movement promoted

The “Working well, working creatively” emulation movement at province-based Industrial Parks (Ips)’Trade Union has got vigorous development. Every year, there are hundreds of initiatives from the emulation movement, helping laborers improve their workmanship and bringing tens of billion of dong in benefit to businesses.

So far, the Working well, working creatively” emulation movement has became a regular activity at trade union locals under province-based IPs’Trade Union, absorbing involvement of numerous laborers.

Le Nho Luong, President of province-based IPs’Trade Union awards the certificates of merit to workers winning the “working well, working creatively” title.

Phan Van Dinh, a Trade Union official of Latitude Tree Vietnam Company said that the emulation movement has encouraged laborers to uphold technical initiatives, bringing benefits to businesses. He and Le Huynh Ngoc Anh, from Joon Saigon Co.Ltd. are also among outstanding laborers of the emulation movement with initial initiatives and renovations.

Le Nho Luong, President of province-based IPs’Trade Union said that the emulation movement has been implemented deeply and widely in each trade union local with ample contents and forms. Therefore, it has received enthusiastic response from trade union locals of companies, namely ASAMA, Scancom Vietnam, Sao Viet…

There are many technical initiatives and renovations formed up from the emulation movements, contributing to increasing productivity, minimizing environmental pollution, reducing product prices and enhancing businesses’ competitiveness. As statistics, there are more than 1,000 technical initiatives from the emulation movement applied every year, bringing more than VND70billion in benefit to businesses.

Also according to Mr.Luong, honoring outstanding collectives and individuals is one of important factors leading to the success of the emulation movement. Upon this, province-based IPs’Trade Union has just organized a conference to honor 218 outstanding laborers in the emulation movement in 2017. This also opportunely encouraged laborers at businesses in province-based Ips to continue upholding their creativeness for better results…
