The provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung and reps of units yesterday heard about report on aerial highway No.13 project presented by Becamex IDC.

According to SMEDI from China, design consultancy unit mandated by Becamex IDC reported that the aerial national highway No.13 project will be started from Vinh Binh Bridge’s Northern area and ended in DT741 road’s northern area. The aerial highway route will be over 20km in length and 18m in width. The total investment capital of the project is estimated at over US$400mil.

The chairman stressed that this is a significant project for local growth in the coming time. The chairman noted that consultants should mull over measures in conformity with Vietnamese standards to assess the project in Sept ahead.

The chairman also asked Becamex IDC, local departments of Planning and Investment and Finance to mull over plans for effectively choices.
