Allocation of cadres see breakthrough measures

Conference on summing up implementation of Politburo’s Resolution No. 42/NQ-TW on allocating cadres and leaders during boosting stage of industrialization and modernization and implementation of Politburo’s Resolution No. 11/NQ-TW on allocation of cadres and leaders in Binh Duong Province was organized on September 28 with rubust success.

The standing committee of local Party Committee has organized conferences for key cadres with plans to allocate cadres especially young ones to key positions of the province.

Delivering report at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Lam Head of Party Committee organization presented Resolution No. 11 which was highly endorsed by cadres and Party members. As for Resolution No. 42, cadres and Party members have been trained to be fully aware of cadre allocation during stage of industrialization, modernization and global economic integration.

As a result, 212 cadres have been transferred and allocated to higher positions suitable to their qualification. Under Resolution No. 42, cadres are allocated more precisely to their positions as planned by executive board and standing committee while the training tasks have been promoted higher and higher; however, the most challenging of all is average age which is rather high.
