Our Responsibility ", in response to the campaign to make the world cleaner in 2012, in many different ways, Binh Duong social movement organizations, individuals and businesses have raised up awareness and actions of environmental protection, contributing to urban landscape. So as to meet the requirements, Mrs. Vo Thi Ngoc Hanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DONRE), said that in those days the sector has focused on visual propaganda by hanging over 500 banners on Binh Duong Highway and some main roads in Thu Dau Mot City and 2 towns of Thuan An and Di An, in industrial –parks of Vietnam-Singapore, Viet Huong, Dong An, Song Than, My Phuoc, and so on.As expected, an event took place in Binh Duong campaign will host the launch of the Green Book in 2012 to promote and reward good business in environmental protection based on criteria and classification of the green book as provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 03/QD-UBND dated January 27, 2011.Not only at the provincial level, she said for the campaign was also organized simultaneously from the districts, towns and cities to the grassroots. Accordingly, depending on the local situation, each venue activities should be from 15-9 to 22-9 in a variety of forms, such as: the military garbage collection, cleaning, hygiene, off drains, planting and care of trees in public places in residential areas, agencies, units, schools, manufacturing facilities, business; unfreeze flow, canal dredging, the system drainage to sanitation neighborhood, village; parade, cheering environmental protection; competition to learn about the environment; integration of content dissemination, job specific, practical, to raise awareness on environmental protection on day-to-day activities during the campaign and regularly maintained during operation.In addition, local advocacy, education officials and citizens have raised up awareness on environmental protection, creating public opinion and social pressure to condemn the acts of environmental pollution, environmental protection law violations; encouraging the use of environmentally friendly products, hanging banners, poster, posters, slogans on the subject of environmental protection work in offices, crowded places to remind everyone of the same actions for environmental protection, hygiene practices, planting and care of trees in the agency work.
