Appropriate arrangement of counters to receive records and return results

Over the past time, provincial Public Administration Center rearranged provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment’s counters of receipting documents and returning results at the request of the unit; arranged 2 working counters of provincial Social Insurance in accordance with provincial People's Committee’s Plan No.1358/KH-UBND; arranged additional 3 working counters of provincial Post Office to perform pilot photocopy and public administrative services at 1st floor, Tower A.

Along with that, the center added temporary counters to provincial Department of Education and Training to receive documents for consideration of the promotion of professional titles of public employees and provincial Department of Home Affairs to receive documents of examination of provincial civil servants in 2020; arranged working counters for provincial Post Office to implement a program encouraging the return of results by post during the peak period for Covid-19 prevention-control and two banks: VietinBank, Vietcombank, and e-wallets (MoMo, VNPT Pay, VNPAY ...) to disseminate online payment of charges for public services and application of non-cash payments when handling administrative procedures at provincial Public Administration Center.
