Provincial NA deputy delegation meets voters before the NA’s 7th session

Early May 4, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly (NA) deputy delegation and other NA deputies had a meeting with voters in Phu Hoa ward in Thu Dau Mot city before the 7th session of the 15th NA.

At the meeting, Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee informed the local voters of the expected content and program of the NA’s 7th session; the operational results of provincial NA deputy delegation since the NA’s 6th session. At the meeting, voters of Phu Hoa ward proposed many issues related to people's lives, including strictly handling violations of the Road Traffic Law, especially large trucks running in the lane of two-wheeled vehicles; considering power cut at night, affecting people's activities and quality of life; cutting down trees under power lines, causing the loss of beauty and lack of shade; considering textbooks under the new 2018 general education curriculum with many errors...

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Loi affirmed that the issues raised by the voters were important and practical, helping the NA and leaders at all levels better perform their tasks. The local voters' petitions were also explained and discussed by the city’s government. For opinions exceeding the local competence, they will be transferred to relevant agencies.

*On the same morning, provincial NA deputy delegation also had a meeting with voters in Di An city’s An ward.
