Army Corp 1’s veterans impressed on Binh Duong’s development

On March 26, Army Corp 1’s veterans led by lieutenant general Nguyen Duc Son, former vice head of the Army Corp 1 cum head of liaison committee of the army corp 1 paid a visit to Binh Duong. Receiving the delegation were Nguyen Huu Tu, vice secretary of the provincial party committee and Tran Thanh Liem, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

The 40-member delegation includes former soldiers used to join in struggles in Binh Duong 40 year ago. At the reception, Tran Thanh Liem briefed the guests on local socio-economic development and national defense and security. In addition, he affirmed that aside from local socio-economic development, the local administration pays much attention to social welfare, especially, education, training, gratitude repayment healthcare and more. Lieutenant general   Nguyen Duc Son extended warm thanks to the local leaders for their welcome.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Nguyen Huu Tu stressed that Binh Duong always pays much attention to veterans of army corp 4 and extended best wishes the delegation members.
