At the working session, Becamex IDC briefed the delegation on the company’s development and projects. Of these, a project of social houses with 64,700 apartments serving for over 168,000 residents will ensure social stability, creating impetus on socio-economic development.

The project has so far launched across Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An town and Ben Cat district with nearly 5,000 apartments to be completed with the price of VND90mil-140mil/flat.

At the session, the Construction Minister Trinh Dinh Dung highly valued Becamex IDC’s capacity on planning, industrial and urban infrastructure development, especially an over 4,000ha complex. The minister applauded the company’s social house model and said that the ministry would expand the model across provinces and cities to solve an issue of accommodation for low incomers.
