Under the Government of the Decree 182/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 on adjustment of the regional minimum wage levels of 2014, Ben Cat district-based enterprises have made and adjusted payrolls for their laborers.

Particularly, the minimum wage level for laborers during probation periods is VND2.85mln per person per month. The minimum wage level for laborers with labor deals is between VND3.1mln and VND3.5mln per person per month.

Along with wages, the town-based enterprises have paid attention to carrying out many policies on mid-shift meals, bonuses and other allowances for laborers, contributing to improving their income.
