Ben Cat town give professional training to over 100 cadres

In 2018, Ben Cat town attached great importance to cadre training and retraining combined with appointment planning, which was considered as a regular task. The town sent 129 cadres to training courses to update new professional knowledge, political theory. At the same time, the town encouraged self-learning of cadres and civil servants.

In addition, Ben Cat town also organized 24 training courses for 3,757 cadres and 1 intermediate-level class of political theory. Particularly, for professional classes on administrative procedure reform, the whole town sent more than 100 civil servants to training courses organized by Department of Home Affairs, departments and branches in the province, especially training classes of behaviors and conduct, application of information technology software into the settlement of administrative procedures.
