Binh Duong and Artemisa (Cuba) ink cooperation deal

On the afternoon of August 24, Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee; Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee, received a delegation of Artemisa province from the Republic of Cuba, led by Concepcion Rodriguez Ricardo, Governor of Artemisa province.

Speaking at the reception, Mr. Thao said that in September 2022, the delegation of Binh Duong province had a working trip to Cuba. In April 2023, provincial People's Committee signed a Letter of Intent with Artemisa province on the occasion of the official visit of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue to Cuba, thereby affirming the friendly cooperation relationship between the two provinces of Binh Duong and Artemisa in particular, and the two countries of Vietnam and Cuba in general. Mr. Thao said that through the reception, the two provinces exchanged and shared experience in promoting bilateral cooperation in many fields, tightening the cooperation relationship between the two provinces in the coming time.

Mr. Concepcion Rodriguez Ricardo expressed his wish that this working visit would further strengthen the relationship of solidarity and cooperation between the two provinces of Binh Duong and Artemisa; Especially, exchanging and sharing experience in industrial development with Binh Duong province will help Artemisa province develop this field more effectively in the coming time.

On this occasion, the two provinces of Binh Duong and Artemisa signed a memorandum of understanding on the establishment of friendly cooperation relations between provincial People's Committee and the provincial government of Artemisa.
