Huynh Dinh Thai Linh, Director of the World Trade Center Binh Duong New City (WTC BDNC) affirmed that with its constant efforts, the WTC BDCN has built an attractive environment for startup businesses and technology companies, helping the province further participate in major economic organizations in the world. This helps upgrade the current production platform, creating new production tools while helping develop evenly in all aspects of socio-economic life, gradually increasing the proportion of digital economy in the local economy. In addition, the WTC BDNC will aim at training new career fields such as exhibition and marketing to help young people change their careers and develop new career fields. “We bring here works that connect culture, knowledge, technology… All aim at forming up a new service ecosystem, a new cultural space with community cultural development and exchange activities for Binh Duong New City,  creating a worth-living environment, especially for young people who are dynamic, live and work under international standards", said Mrs. Linh.

Linh also predicted that in the coming time, the new city will continue being a new destination for banks, investment funds, investors, startup businesses, technology companies, gathering here to exchange, seek investment and cooperation opportunities. The WTC BDNC gradually learns, changes and standardizes its operational process, getting closer to the world’s standards and step by step connecting to the global trade flow. The birth of the Smart City Operation Center has contributed to creating a sustainable living environment, helping businesses and people live and work better.

Becamex IDC has also built excellent vertical centers. The Center for Smart Manufacturing and Technology Development 4.0 is a typical example. This is a place attracting high-quality human resources in technology and professors, doctors at home and abroad, technology firms setting up technology transfer projects. Besides, through BW Industrial, a joint venture of Becamex IDC with Warburg Pincus Investment Fund of the U.S, Becamex IDC is focusing on developing the logistics ecosystem for e-commerce in Binh Duong new city. Aong with right development planning orientations, the province’s efforts in realizing investment policies and rolling out red carpets to call for prestigious international investors have contributed to the development of Binh Duong new city. Hirata Shuji, Deputy General Director of Becamex Tokyu said that since 2021, CapitaLand Group or VSIP, Gamuda Land of Malaysia and other companies have signed contracts making investment in Binh Duong new city amid the complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, Aeon Corporation of Japan will also open a supermarket at the SORA Gardens SC Mall for the next year. This summer, Starbucks coffee chain and Pizza 4P's restaurant will also open at Hikari mall. “With all the prospects from the reality, I believe that Binh Duong new city is gradually becoming one of Vietnam’s most attention-grabbing cities in today. Currently, the new city has been the choice of many Japanese investors and other foreign ones", Mr. Hirata Shuji emphasized.

If a few years ago, many experts and engineers chose the way of "Binh Duong for the morning, Saigon for the afternoon", making their movement spend more time. Most of them want to find a good place to live in Binh Duong to conveniently work and have time for their family. In fact, they have chosen their place for residence with many utilities in Binh Duong. The family of Phuoc Boi Quyen, General Director of Tan Nhat Company in the expanded South Tan Uyen Industrial Park said that before investing in Binh Duong, his family often moved between Saigon - Binh Duong, which was very inconvenient. Over the past 2 years, he bought a villa located in the new city, being convenient to move to South Tan Uyen with open roads. “I see a lot of investors and experts have moved to Binh Duong to live. The province has all the utilities from green parks to schools, international hospitals and supermarket chains. My children have also moved to Binh Duong to study in the international school system. I think that for the next one or two years, with the province’s utilities and development speed, the new city will be more vibrant and busier. Especially, the way of supporting and taking care of people during the recent Covid-19 pandemic is a huge plus for investors and young laborers to return to Binh Duong and the new city”, Mr. Quyen affirmed.

Nguyen Khanh Ha, a resident of Hoa Loi Social Housing Area said that choosing to live in an apartment close to the center of Binh Duong new city was the right decision of her family. After 3 years of moving to live here, she saw that this place has developed spaciously with sufficient utilities for employees. With a central location, this place is very convenient for commuting to work. The surrounding infrastructure system has many utilities for entertainment and relaxation after stressful working hours. Compared to 3 years ago, this area has been crowded with people living, creating a busy space. Residents are satisfied with surrounding utilities. From early April 2022, the local people have got another healthy, close, friendly and high-quality entertainment venue, named "Street Playground" at the Central Park of Binh Duong New City, with programs to connect knowledge, upgrade the quality of human resources, meet learning needs, prepare young labor resources for Binh Duong.
