Inspecting team of enforcement of laws, policies, and activities of the youth had a working session in Binh Duong Province. Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thanh, Deputy President of Vietnam Federation of Labor Unions, cum member of National Council for Vietnamese youths led the delegation.For the time being, the enforcement has been improved, especially in terms of job offers to the youths and State management of youth affairs. Thus, material and spiritual life of the youths is enhanced with promtion of knowledge, creativity, and contribution in the stage of constructing and developing the province.The caring activities include IT and laws training. Favorable conditions are also offered so that the youths can participate into traffic safety maintenance and environment protection.Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thanh highly appreciated the achievements made in Binh Duong Province, especially in terms of taking care for development of they youths and immigrants. Plenty of programs in detail scheme have been proposed.
