On the afternoon of January 25, provincial Youth Union held a conference to review its activities in 2020, in attendance of Vo Van Minh, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Council.

Under the year’s theme “Binh Duong’s youths firmly step under the Party’s flag”, provincial Youth Unions at all levels made efforts in carrying out programs and gained comprehensive results, creating an animated emulation impetus among numerous Youth Union members, adolescents and leaving a good impression on people with creative activities…

Addressing the conference, Mr.Minh lauded the local Youth Union cadres, members, teenagers and children for their efforts last year. In 2021, provincial Youth Unions at all levels need to continue well realizing education among Youth Union members with focus on disseminating the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; strengthening core human resources and improving the quality of operations; urgently setting and extending a plan for the realization of schemes, joint programs in the new period…

With 2021’s theme “Binh Duong’s youths full of patriotism-Firmly stepping in business startup”, provincial Youth Union put forward some targets, including admitting additional 16,000 Youth Union members; giving vocational consultancy for at least 29,400 Youth Union members, pupils, students; recommending at least 2,400 outstanding Youth Union members to the Party…

On this occasion, provincial Steering Board for the Project on uniting, gathering young workers for the 2016-2020 period offered 2,426 gifts worth more than VND1.21bullion to representatives of Youth Unions, Youth Federations from districts, towns, cities in the province. The Central Committee of the Youth Union also awarded the emulation banners to 8 excellent units in the local Youth Union task, teenagers and children’s movements for 3 consecutive years. The Central Committee of the Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Youth Federation commended, rewarded 106 outstanding collectives, individuals. Provincial Youth Union, Youth Federation awarded the emulation banners to 14 excellent units…
