Binh Duong supports Earth Hour 2018 campaign

Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has issued a directive on the organization of activities to respond to the 2018 Earth Hour campaign in Binh Duong province. The Earth Hour campaign in 2018 will turn off lighting from 8.30pm to 9.30pm on March 24 in some public and household areas. Provincial People's Committee requests People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to register their areas that will participate in Earth Hour Campaign 2018 and announce on the local mass media about the time and meaning of the campaign; to direct attached units to register and participate in the campaign.

Departments, sectors, units taking part in the campaign will turn off unnecessary lights at its headquarter and public areas; encourage its cadres and civil servants and family members to support Earth Hour. Binh Duong Power Company prepares operating modes of the power system during Earth Hour 2018 operation.
