According to the company, the remaining workers will also resume work in the next few days and there will be no shortage of workers herein.

For example, in addition to well realizing policies on the Tet bonus and salary, a woodwork company in Tan Uyen district provided its workers with the labor introduction vouchers. After the Tet holiday, the company will give jobs for those who have the company’s labor introduction vouchers. Each of them will also receive a bonus of VND300,000. As a result, the company has successfully received a large number of laborers after the Tet holiday.

Mr.Nhuan said that good policies are seen as key to helping businesses avoid instability of workforce in early year. Businesses need to take good care of the spiritual and material lives of laborers for stable and sustainable development. If receiving good care, workers will keep their mind on work, make contributions and have a strong attachment to businesses.
