Capital for basic construction in IPs reaches nearly VND475bln

Since early this year, provincial Industrial Parks (IPs) Management Board has granted 47 construction licenses to businesses with total floor area of 298,375sq.m and total capital of VND804bln and made inspection of 20 other works, including 10 under the second phase for construction, with total floor area of 184,063 sq.m and total capital of VND312bln.

Investors of 24 IPs under provincial IPs Management Board have also spent more than VND162.3bln on infrastructure investment. Thus, the total capital for basic construction in IPs under provincial IPs Management Board in the first half of the year has reached nearly VND475bln or 79% compared to last year’s same period.
