Central Propaganda and Education Committee’s delegation works with Binh Duong province

On Dec 3, the delegation of Central Propaganda and Education Committee led by Nguyen The Ky, Deputy Head of Central Propaganda and Education Committee, had a working session with Binh Duong province to examine the implementation of Resolution 23- NQ / TW of the 10^th Politburo on "Continuing to build and develop literature and art in a new era" and Resolution 33-NQ / TW of the 11^th Central Executive Committee on “Building and developing Vietnamese culture, personalities to meet the requirements of sustainable development”. According to provincial Party Standing Committee, due to the extensive dissemination of Resolution 23, cadre and people’s awareness of the significance of literature and art in the new era has changed clearly through localities’ investments in literature and art activities. In particular, provincial artists were encouraged by leadership’s concerns about literature and art activities. This has been a motivation for provincial artists to enthusiastically create, compose more works.

Regarding Resolution 33, after the thorough dissemination at provincial level, Provincial Party Propaganda and Education Committee in collaboration with Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism counseled Provincial Party Standing Committee in devising Action Program on implementing the Resolution. This Action Program, along with PPC’s plans, drew up comprehensive solutions to political – ideological education, building healthy cultural environment, strengthening staff… The province facilitated the resource mobilization from social forces, organizations, individuals to implement socialization in cultural development.

Speaking at the meeting, Nguyen The Ky, Deputy Head of Central Propaganda and Education Committee, insisted Binh Duong Party Committee had seriously implemented Resolution 23 and Resolution 33, thus cultural and art activities in the province increased in terms of both quantity and quality. Mr. Ky also hoped Binh Duong province continued to promote achievements and overcome limitations to implement successfully Central Resolutions.
