Leaders of provincial PC works with provincial CPE

Early Dec.2, Tran Van Nam, Secretary of provincial People’s Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Committee and Pham Van Canh, Permanent Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee (PC) had a working session with provincial Commission for Propaganda and Education (CPE) about its activities in 2015, orientations and tasks through 2016.

According to a report released by provincial Commission for Propaganda and Education,  Party organizations, authorities and mass organizations at all levels of the province in 2015 focused on the instruction of the implementation of tasks on politics, socio-economic development and fulfilled targets set out by the Resolution of the 9th provincial Party Congress. Over the past 4 years, the Politburo’s Directive No.3 was well realized in association with the Resolution of the 4th Plenum of the Party Central Committee (11th Tenure) on “Current urgent issues on Party building”. Propaganda work on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 12th National Party Congress was also extended in accordance with the instruction of the Central CPE.

In 2016, along with regular tasks, provincial CPE will put focus on propaganda of the results of the 12th National Party Congress; thoroughly grasp the Resolutions of the 12th National Party Congress and the 10th provincial Party Congress among cadres, Party members and people; make propaganda on the elections of the 14th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for 2016-2021 tenure…

Addressing the working session, Mr.Nam spoke highly of activities done by provincial CPE over the past time while approving orientations and tasks set out by the commission in 2016. He also stressed that the commission needed to improve the quality of grasping public opinion, raise the quality of speakers; attach special importance to providing refresher courses for teaching staff at schools and centers for political training; research for absolutely using agencies of culture and information in public opinion orientation and propaganda.
