Ceremony offering helmets to first graders held

Early September 5, provincial Traffic Safety Committee held a ceremony to offer helmets to fresh graders of Hoi Nghia primary school in the 2019-2020 academic year.

At the ceremony, Honda An Thanh donated a symbolic board of 52,506 helmets for primary-school pupils to provincial Traffic Safety Committee and provincial Department of Education and Training. It is known that the program offering helmets to first graders under the theme of “Living up to dreams” was co-held by the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Ministry of Education-Training, Honda Vietnam from the 2018-2019 academic year.
