Conference on the dissemination of legal documents on technology transfer

In the morning of December 6, the Technology Assessment and Appraisal Department and the Institute of Technology Assessment and Pricing (Ministry of Science and Technology) in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology make legal documents on technology transfer to provincial departments; Districts, towns, cities and businesses (in photo).

Legal documents related to technology transfer presented at the conference included new points of the Law on Technology Transfer (amended); Decree No. 76/2018 / ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Prime Minister detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer, the relevant circulars.
