According the General Department of Statistics, the country industrial production value in July was estimated at VND434.8tril, a 13.5% rise compared to the same period last year. Economic recovery and goods consumption were improved significantly. July export turnover was estimated at US$5.8bil, a 20.7% year-on-year increase. The export turnover in the first 7 months of this year reached $38.3bil, a 17.5% year-on-year rise.

Over the past 7 months, many key items maintained high export turnover. They included garment, footwear, seafood, timber, furniture, components, and cashew and so on. Meanwhile, the consumption price index in July lightly surged at 0.06% from the last month. This was the lowest increase since April, 2009.

Aside from the done achievements, the country economy remains difficulties whilst natural calamities, epidemic diseases remain complicated.
