Dau Tieng Rubber Company yesterday held a ceremony of rubber latex collection and contest for good workers. At the ceremony, 11 plantations registered to excel 2012’s tasks and pledged to keep the title of “armed force hero” and “labor hero in renewal period”.

As a result, Phan Van Tien rubber plantation won the first prize, followed by Ben Suc rubber plantation. Nguyen Quoc Viet, vice general director of the company said that the contest offered favorable conditions for workers to exchange and learn experiences as well as improve skills. Through the contest, typical workers will be chosen to join in a higher level contest.
