At the session, Dau Tieng district People’s Council elected additionally Truong Van Dung, vice secretary of the district party committee to hold the position of the district People’s Council term III for the 2011-2016 tenure.

In addition, the district People’s Council collected confidence votes for 11 positions elected by the district People Council.

As a result, Tran Chi Thanh, secretary of the district party committee cum chairman of the district People’s Council won the highest confidence votes with 27 votes. 10 remaining positions had the high number of confidence votes reaching from 53.1% to 81.2%.
