Di An accelerates capital disbursement for key projects

Since early this year, Di An city has focused on accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital in 2022.

The city’s Projects Management Board has been ordered to focus on speeding up the process of making procedures to start works with clean sites; completed documents to finalize completed works, carry out acceptance and put them into use. However, the city’s disbursement rate compared to the assigned public investment capital plan is lower than that of the same period in 2021, reaching 10.36% (as of April 2022). The main reason is that a number of projects have not had an approved investment policy yet; There is still a situation that people have not complied with the compensation policy yet… Besides, the city’s public land fund is mainly small and concentrated, so it is difficult for planning and arranging educational works.

In the coming time, Di An city will accelerate the implementation of new construction projects in 2022, focus on disbursing capital for key projects, works that are likely to be completed and put into use within the year... In addition, the city reviewed and transferred capital plans from slowly-disbursed projects to those with good disbursement progress, ensuring the quality of works to avoid loss of State budget.
