Di An City to develop synchronous urban technical infrastructure

 According to People's Committee of Di An City, in period 2016-2020, the medium-term public investment was carried out seriously, developed urban technical infrastructure with 165 investment portfolios with a total allocated capital of more than 1,373 billion VND.  The city has 66 projects completed, and put into use; 39 projects are under construction, 60 projects are completing procedures to start construction in 2020 and following years.

Over the period 2016-2020, the city received and approved 57 commercial residential area and condominium projects by the city People's Committee. The city has now 83 projects of residential areas, housing areas, with a total area of about 864.8 hectares and over 66,000 houses. In addition, the city sped up the land clearance of key projects, technical infrastructure projects, social infrastructure, resettlement process in order to stabilize people's lives. Currently, the city has 62 project with land clearance. In which, there are 29 transferred projects, 33 new projects; completed 15 projects and currently has 41 projects in construction process.
