According to the People's Committee of Di An City, in 2022, the industrial production value of the city was estimated at more than VND136.22 trillion, or 106.93% of the year’s plan, up 14.87% over the same period last year. Of these, the foreign investment sector accounted for 51.55%. The non-State sector accounted for 48.28% while the State-owned sector accounted for 0.17%.
In 2022, Di An city focused on restoring the local socio-economic activities. As a result, the city continued its strong recovery momentum, achieving impressive results, creating psychology and confidence for people and enterprises to feel secure in production and business.
The city also established a steering committee, a working group and issued a plan, organized the implementation of the local Project on "Investigating, evaluating the actual situation of operations and proposing mechanisms and policies to support enterprises outside industrial parks and compounds in the southern region to convert their functions and move into industrial parks and compounds” for the period of 2021-2030.
