Also during the period, the town’s total retail sales revenue of commodities and services was estimated at more than VND9.26trillion, or 24.68% of the year’s plan and up 35.21% against last year’s corresponding period. Meanwhile, the local value of agricultural production reached VND5.81bln, or 25.26% of the year’s plan and up 0.17% against last year’s corresponding period.
Nguyen Thanh Phong, Chairman of Di An town’s People’s Committee said that thanks to the efforts by the local entire political system and business community, Di An town still maintained its economic growth in Q 1 2016, despite the prolonged Tet holiday.
