According to him, to reach the set goals, it is necessary to make greater efforts and to work diligently. He has worked for the plantation since 2009 at the age of 22. he shared “Born and grown up in this land, when I was a child, I often helped my parents work at rubber plantations, so I get acquainted with works relating to rubber latex tapping”.

Before working for the plantation, I was used to work for rubber growing households, so he accumulated many experiences. “Therefore, to get good skills in tapping rubber latex, it requires having many practices”, he revealed. This was the first time he joins in the contest but he excellently won the highest prize.

Talking about his secret, Lam said modestly “I’m not a good worker but thanks to diligence and good luck, I won this success. For a rubber worker, this prize is a great honor and I pledge to make further efforts to bring high results for family and unit at the upcoming company-level contest”.

In addition, Lam has involved in youth movements such as volunteer, sport activities and many more. Especially, Lam is a member of a self-control team with the main function of inspection and patrol in a bid to minimize latex steals and losses.
