In a bid to bring about a warm springtime for children of hardship, yesterday’s afternoon of January 24, the provincial committee of children’s supporting fund and Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs organized the 11^th event of springtime for children of hardship. Full of spring

In yesterday’s afternoon, the springtime atmosphere was jubilant at Provincial Center for Convention and Exhibition. The melodies and songs for spring were resonant along with unicorn dances and bright apricot blossoms to bring about eagerness for Tet. For this year over 1,000 children of special situations attended the event. Their expression of happiness was prominent as the kind-hearted people are making endeavors to bring them the best joy of Tet at the soonest.

Nguyen Ngoc Hang, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, this program is held periodically every spring, to create conditions for children in difficult circumstances to meet, Exchange and play on the occasion of the Spring of the Month of 2018, through which contribute to support the implementation of the basic rights of children, and a loving gift that Provincial Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and benefactors, the social community dedicated to them. On the occasion of this spring, the Sponsoring Council of the Children Sponsoring Fund has donated 1,762 Tet gifts, 2 children's playgrounds, 2 social support facilities, heart surgery support, emergency support, support long term, the total cost of implementing the program is nearly VND 1.9 billion. It is the protection, love of the whole society, that spring spread to all children everywhere in the province.

Having these meaningful gifts, besides the concern of provincial leaders, there is also the enthusiastic support of the golden hearts for many years. In this program, donors continue to support 3.5 billion VND to care for disadvantaged children. We believe that, in the near future, the fund's regular programs such as heart surgery, smile surgery, vision programs, hearing aids, long-term sponsorship, especially A program to support the construction of playgrounds for children will receive more help from donors.

Taking care of children is the responsibility of the whole society. As the bridge, over the past years, the Fund has called for, mobilized economic, social, business and individual organizations to contribute to the fund, help care for children in circumstances It is also a good chance to improve the province's target programs on child protection, care and education. Thanks to these positive contributions, this occasion, the Provincial Child Protection Fund was honored by the Prime Minister awarded certificates of merit.

On the spring, it was more and more exciting, when Tran Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly delegation; Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee has declared the drum, gong, signaling another spring again. The gifts, the cakes of the children were donated by provincial leaders and benefactors, adding new spring colors to each of the disadvantaged children in the province.

Springtime voyage

The drive of this year includes a series of trips to visit, organize fun activities, arts and gifts for children at social protection centers, places to raise children with disabilities, orphanages, children's classes of love. We followed the journey and recorded the spring air where the delegation had passed.

With the children at Thuan An Disability Education Center, the morning of 18 January is a very happy day. On the program, the children have been watching monkey circus, bubbling and visual arts performances with singer Nguyen Phi Hung. Of the 320, many children do not speak, or some just babble, but look facial expressions, we know they are happy and happy. Dozens of children have confidence in the dance illustrated by singers. Nguyen Thi Anh Nguyet expressed her affection, she was very touched to see the children happy to have fun, given gifts Tet. The gift is very spiritual value, encouraging them to strive up, actively learning and training to become useful citizens for the society.

At the end of the year, despite the chaos of the work, provincial leaders, departments and benefactors still spend time with their children. Besides being encouraged, sharing, receiving Tet gifts, the children also enjoy many repertoires of playful entertainment. The voices of the children are always exclaimed when watching the magic performance of magicians from Ho Chi Minh. The sadness, the feeling of fate has melted in each of them, instead of the joy of the rising, because spring has been flooding the center. In the fresh air, even the handicapped children show their talent through lovely dances.

Concerned about the orphans, unhappiness, in addition to the gift of the province, the brothers of the Association of Provincial Entrepreneurs also give the children the lucky bag. Apparently, the New Year's Day has not yet arrived, but the spring warmth has come very close to children with special circumstances.
