The month of provincial Action for Children 2013 with the theme “Creating equal development opportunity for poor and difficulty children” is to draw attention of the community to the importance of children care, education and protection as well as prohibit negative impacts on children. Additionally, the program is to carry out effectively children policies, programs; campaign for better life conditions; create equal development opportunity for poor children, children of workers living at lodging areas and children with special difficulties; facilitate a safe, healthy summer for children…This Action Month for Children comprises of diverse, meaningful activities for children. 105 typical poor children will meet provincial leaders for commendation and presentation with gifts worth VND500,000 each.
