Forum "Urban industry listens to people's opinions" held

On August 18, Thuan An City Party Mass Mobilization Committee coordinated with Urban Management Office to hold a forum "The urban management branch listens to people's opinions".

At the seminar, Thuan An City Urban Management Office informed that the unit is currently performing public services at levels 3 and 4 with 100% of administrative procedures arising at single-window divisions of the city People's Committee. Urban Management Office coordinated with functional units to examine 233 cases, thereby counseled administrative sanctions to 49 cases with a total fine of 740 million VND.

The participants of the forum contributed many ideas related to the management of construction order, urban order, handling administrative procedures, etc. Representative of Thuan An City Urban Management Office seriously listened and answered satisfactorily.

A representative of Thuan An City Urban Management Office said that the a forum helped the city's urban management branch grasp thoughts and aspirations of the people on construction planning and investment management to promptly remove and settle problems according to regulations, build trust from the people, reduce complaints and denunciations. 

This was also an opportunity for the functional branches to provide information on the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and the management orientation of local authorities for the people to understand.
