Nguyen Van Loc, director of the provincial department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, head of the Lai Thieu fruit festival’s organizing board grants flags to artisans participating in the fruit arrangement contest.

The contest attracted the participation of 14 artisans from provinces of Long An, Dong Nai and Binh Duong. The participants brought the contest 16 unique works.
