Handicraft export boosted

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development just ratified a project on handicraft export in the 2010-2015 period. Accordingly, the ministry targeted to reach US$1.6bil in handicraft export by the end of 2015.   traditional handicraft products. 

The ministry also set out concrete measures of building and developing sustainable and stable material areas, developing traditional handicraft products and encouraging artisans to train and foster young laborers as well as developing excellent artisans at schools and institutes.
