They make greater efforts to pass exams of military schools and show their matureness on all areas. One of them is Lieutenant Nguyen Xuan Luong, military materials assistant of Technical Department under the local Military Headquarters. Born and grown up in Phu Giao district and being the eldest child in a 6-member family, Nguyen Xuan Luong soon learns his role and responsibility. In 2002, after graduation from high school, Luong passed a university entrance exam at Tran Dai Nghia University. Thenceforth, he was honored to wear Vietnamese People’s soldier’s uniform.
Military schools’ students are researching science.
In 2006, Luong get a mechanics bachelor and was nominated to work at his homeland. With instruction of unit leaders and colleagues, Luong has accumulated initial experiences and applied taught knowledge into his real tasks. Along with his colleagues, he has improved difficulties to categorize, repair and manage a large number of weapons of local armed force. Now, thousands of tons of weapons and munitions are arranged and managed scientifically.
Over the past 5 years, Luong has left good impression on leaders and colleagues. His merit certificates have showed his ability. Especially, Luong was admitted into Party organization in 2007, right after one year of work.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant Dang Thi Thanh Huyen, physician of Logistics Department of the provincial Military Headquarters, said “I’m very happy and proud of wearing Vietnamese soldier’ uniform. I always feel my increasing matureness. I will strive more to dedicate to the military”. Now, she is a sophomore of Pham Ngoc Thach Medical University.
As for senior lieutenant Nguyen Phuong Khanh, assistant of consultative department under the local Military Headquarters, said he is very proud of catering for the military. Born and grown up in Tan Uyen district’s D war-base, he follows tradition of his family of serving for the military. After 2 years of learning at infantry office school No.2, he was nominated to work at Tan Uyen district Military Headquarters. In 2007, he was nominated to hold the position of head of Scout Company.
By his efforts, he was awarded the title of grassroot emulation soldier for 3 consecutive years (2008-2010) and the provincial People’s Committee’s merit certificates in the “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” mobilization.
