From September 4th 2013, HDBank has sponsored preferential loans with interest rate of only 3% per year for import export businesses. Total value of this preferential package reaches $20 mln. Subjects of this package are businesses need more working capital for business plans of import export good trading. Businesses can take out loans with interest rate of 3% per year in 1-or-2-month loan terms.
