On March 22, Hiep An ward Public Security set up Hiep An ward anti-crime club with the participation of 12 members. The club is run by Nguyen Van Hong. The club’s key force includes mainly militia, body guards and some local youths.
Nguyen Van Canh, vice head of the ward Public Security, said the birth of this club would help maintain local order and security. The ward public security will help and support legal procedures for the club’s effective operation.
