“Improving quality of administrative procedure settlement” to be built in Bau Bang district

Bau Bang district is building the project of “Improving quality of administrative procedure settlement” aiming to facilitate administrative procedure settlement of “integrated OSS”, and to boost information technology application in administrative procedure settlement of agencies and units to promptly resolve administrative procedures for the people and businesses. 

In addition, thanks to the project, administrative procedure reforms from districts to communes will be applied according to dossier settlement process under ISO 9001:2008 standards.
