Provincial Labor Union has just promulgated a plan on the realization of the “Innovation, creation, effectiveness in Trade Union activities” emulation movement.

The emulation movement aims to encourage Youth Union cadres, members to put forward initiatives, solutions to improve the operational effectiveness of the Youth Union; enhance the position of the Trade Union; build up a strong working class; well realize the role of the Trade Union as a bridge between the Party, people and workers…

Under the plan, provincial Labor Union has put forth solutions, including propaganda and mobilization of implementing the movement; inspecting and assessing the implementation of the emulation movement; realizing policies honoring outstanding collectives, individuals in the emulation movement…
