The provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Tran Thanh Liem and leaders of departments and agencies yesterday paid a survey to Tan Dong Hiep B and Dapark industrial parks in Di An town.

Founded in 1997, Tan Dong Hiep B IP invested by Phu My Ltd. has a total area of about 163ha. The IP has so far lured 42 projects, 5 of which are foreign ones. At present, the IP’s investor has faced difficulties of compensation and site clearance. At the working session, Liem asked the investor to cooperate further with local authority to complete site clearance and compensation.

The delegation had a working session with Dapark Construction and Real Estate JSC, the investor of Dapark IP. Also founded in 1997, the 53ha IP has so far covered 100% of its tenancy with 18 projects capitalized at hundred of millions of dollar. At the session, Liem noted that the investor should reinforce growing of green trees as stipulated.
