In the first 9 months of this year, local businesses enjoyed stable production with a high growth. Specifically, the industrial production value in the Jan-Sept period reached more than VND74tril, a 19.3% rise from the same period last year.

Of these, economic sector with domestic investment capital achieved over VND24tril, a 23% increase from the same period last year whilst economic sector with foreign investment reached over VND50tril, a 17.6% rise from 2009.

Some sectors with high production value included beverage, apparel, timber processing, bamboo article, rubber, plastic, and computer and so on.
