Labor Union of Binh Duong industrial parks

So as to share difficulties with laborers, the Labor Union of Industrial Parks in Binh Duong has implemented suitable model taking care of laborers and stablizing relationship of business to production.

In recent meeting with 86 laborers and Labor Union’s members, who suffer 21% and above handicap, have impressed the audience by their sóng. At the meeting, each of them was presented with VND-1-mln gifts to encourage them to get through difficulties.

“After suffering from labor accident, I have caused troubles to my family; however, thanks to the supporting fund, our family has recovered from seemingly deadlock difficulties. Now, we are getting on well,” said Mr. Vo Thanh Nhan who is worker to Unieastern. He was striken by electricity source while working and lost two arms and left ear.

Operation of Labor Union of Binh Duong industrial parks has actively contributed to care of employees’ life.

Meanwhile, seminar on coordination of employers and employees and State’s agencies has oriented enterprises into building up harmonious relationship to minimize outbreak of strike.

Representative of Chuan Li Can Company confirmed that the seminar was helpful in directing enterprises to righteous view on strikes which negatively influenced the employees, employers as well as sustainable development of enterprises in socio-economic environment. The seminar is actually a good hint for enteprises to find out practical measures for better material and spiritual life of employees.

Recently, Labor Union of Binh Duong industrial parks has sent out 1,000 survey sheets to employees to  investigate their perceptions of policies, laws, and living standard. The survey results are good basis to have better view on life of employee.

Mr. Bui Thanh Nhan, Chairman of Labor Union of Binh Duong industrial parks said that by understading circumstances the laborers are facing, the union can help to stabilize working relationship. Thus, employees are taken good care of from the basis to higher end.
