The department’s highlighted character of implementing administration procedure reform in the past year was control of regulations of administration procedures, publicity of relevant procedures on electric information pages.

Specifically, the department established a team of controlling administration procedures for granting certificates of business and investment and project assessment. The department also applied documents management software into launching documents on Internet in a bid to ensure implementation of the stipulated duration of procedures. 

In order to help businesses enjoy convenience in learning about information, the department publicized 4 kinds of administration procedures such as business registration, investment certificate granting, project assessment, bidding plan assessment and legal documents relating to planning and investment fields.

Trinh Thanh Long, vice director of the local department of Investment and Planning said that over the past time implementing standardization of administration procedures through ISO 9001:2008 has not only created advantages of management and dossier settlement but helped investors and businesses approach relevant documents and procedures.

In 2013, the department received 184 new dossiers and adjusted investment certificates. In terms of business registration, the department received 5,437 newly registered dossiers and adjusted business registration certificates. In addition, the department received 141 bidding dossiers, 175 basic construction projects, held 6 inspections, solved 5 complaints as stipulated.

Trinh Thanh Long added that launching the one-door policy and applying IT into document management have facilitated well settlement of administration procedures for individuals and organizations, helping investors and businesses complete their dossiers.
