The provincial Military Headquarters’ party committee yesterday held a 4-year preliminary summing-up conference on the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” and the implementation of instruction 235/CT-DUQK on building “4-good” party cells and “5-good” party members in the local armed force.

At the conference, ideas affirmed efficiency of holding the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”, especially completion of the entrusted political task, thrift practice, criticism and self-criticism.

In terms of implementing the Instruction 235, ideas set out concrete comparison figures before the instruction issued. At the conference, the party committee honored 7 collectives and 7 individuals for their excellent achievements in the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples”.
