Management and use of State’s financial funds of non-local budgets to be monitored

Early March 19, Economic and Budget Board of Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee carried out its review of management and use of State’s financial funds of non-local budgets in 2012-2014 period.

In 3 years, 10 such funds have been established legally regarding their targets, scopes, subjects and operational fields. The operations of the funds were to ensure loan purposes, repayments, expense offset, and non-profit activities. Representatives of the funds have discussed and evaluated the collection and payments of the funds including professional tasks, investigation of credit position and business proficiency as well as drawbacks and limitation during their operations.

The inspection team highly appreciated the efforts of the funds to support targeted subjects. However, the team warned of more frequent information dissemination about operations to serve the beneficiaries as well as to support those in needs of loans.
