Many models of rural and civilization constructions appeared, reported all-level Associations of Veterans in the province

In recent years, the Associations of Veterans at all levels in the province have implemented many practical models to participate in rural and civilized urban constructions. Typical examples are the models of "self-managed roads", "safe neighborhood and hamlet", and "a safe, civilized, green, clean, beautiful road".

Up to now, the associations have maintained more than 102 sections of self-managed road. Every year, the "self-managed roads" of the associations have been qualified as "safe, green, clean, beautiful, and environmentally hygienic." In addition, the "Traffic Safety Rescue Team" model has also been implemented in 91 communes, wards and towns in the province.
