On Aug. 26, the provincial People’s Committee chairman Nguyen Hoang Son hosted a 10-year summing up conference of implementing the Instruction 18/2000/CT-TTg on mass mobilization acceleration. Over the past 10 years, local departments and agencies in cooperation with the local Fatherland Front Committee and mass bodies have promulgated and educated public servants about the work of mass mobilization, solved complaints timely, upheld rights and strength of the public, excelling the proposed resolutions.

The local program of job placement has been launched effectively with about 46,500 laborers enjoying stable jobs. Over the past 5 years, the entire province has mobilized to build thousands of gratitude houses worth about VND50bil, grant 6,000 hi-unity houses worth tens of billions of VND and sent more than 16,000 staff for higher trainings.

On the occasion, the provincial chairman granted merit certificates to 27 collectives and 32 individuals for their excellent achievements over the past 10 years.

After 3 days of the 2010 contest on mass mobilization for State agencies, luring the participation of 170 contestants across province, the organizing board presented awards to 15 collectives and 20 individuals.
